Eligible Refund Situations – If a service was not performed as described – If you cancel 24+ hours in advance of your appointment – If damage is proven to have occurred during service (verified by photos before & after)
Ineligible Situations – No-shows or same-day cancellations – Dissatisfaction not reported within 24 hours of service – Pre-existing damage or unrealistic expectations (e.g., impossible stain removal)
Resolution Options We may offer one of the following: – Partial refund – Re-cleaning service – Credit toward future service
