Welcome to Sqeeks Detail ('we,' 'our,' or 'us'). By using our website, booking a service, or communicating with us via any channel, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Offered

We provide mobile auto detailing services at your home, office, or other approved locations. Services vary by package and may be customized.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed once payment is processed.
• Payment is accepted via Stripe, Square, or other approved platforms.
• Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition (excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, etc.). Customers will be notified before any price adjustment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is allowed at no charge if made at least 24 hours prior.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Please remove all personal items before service.
• Ensure we have access to your vehicle at the scheduled time.
• Park in a safe, legal, and accessible location suitable for detailing.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we’ll offer a reasonable solution, including a re-clean or partial refund, based on our inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Items left inside the vehicle
• Delays due to weather or unforeseen events

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including logos, images, and service descriptions, are the property of Sqeeks Detail and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. SMS/Text Messaging

When you provide your phone number on our website forms and actively opt in to receive communications, Sqeeks Detail may send you SMS messages related to your bookings, appointment confirmations, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.

• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Mobile numbers collected for SMS purposes and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
